Trauma Therapy Groups Denver

Next Group Starts: February 3rd, 2025 6-8pm

This is a six-week, 2-hour co-ed group, where together we'll learn about trauma's impact on our lives and how we, on a neurological and body level, heal from trauma. This group will bring a clearer understanding of our actions, reactions, and the path to greater healing. This group is tailored for individuals who resonate with common struggles related to PTSD and relational challenges rooted in trauma who also have a desire for deeper healing. This is a closed group which requires a commitment to all 6-weeks and an initial 1 on 1 assessment. This is an adult coed group. $50 per week with $200 up front deposit required. Total cost: $300

Pre-requisite: Trauma Stabilization Group

Next Group: January 15th, 2025, 5:30pm-7:30pm

This is a closed 8-week co-ed group that utilizes experiential methods including psychodrama to process and heal traumatic experiences and relational trauma wounds.

This is a closed group and requires a commitment to all 8-weeks and an initial 1 on 1 assessment. This is an adult coed group. $50 per week with $200 up front deposit required. Total cost: $400

Next Group Starts: March 11th, 2025 4:30-6:30

This group is designed to empower adolescents with a deeper understanding of how intense & overwhelming experiences affect the nervous system. Through engaging psychoeducation and practical exercises, teens will learn how the body responds to stress and discover tools to better regulate their emotions and reactions.

This group creates a supportive environment for teens to:

• Build awareness of their own nervous system responses.

• Explore how trauma impacts emotions, behavior, and coping strategies.

• Develop skills to manage stress, reduce overwhelm, and find calm.

• Learn healthy ways to cope and connect with themselves and others.

By gaining insight and practicing effective regulation strategies, teens will become more attuned to their emotions and coping habits, helping them to rise above challenges with confidence and resilience. This group is 6-Weeks, Co-ed, for teens 14-1, and begins Tuesday, March 11th from 4:30-6:30pm.

Cost: $300, with $200 deposit

CO Medicaid and Aetna accepted.

This group is a closed 4-week group focused on providing understanding and skills in knowing how to support a loved one who has experienced trauma.
